Campus Intramurals

            When you arrive on a college campus everything is new and exciting. Meeting new teacher, classmate, friends and seeing the same faces in your high school life, Once you start your class schedule, you will begin to hear of other opportunities on campus to get involved with like in Intramurals. Intramurals are fun, recreational, social and competitive on-campus sports activities.Intramurals will include many kinds of gaming and sporting events from table games to rough and tumble type of sports. Watch for advertising such as posters, sign-up tables, campus announcements, and campus that will announce the beginning of sign-ups for an upcoming intramural event. Intramurals are a great way to expand your base of friends on campus, to divert your attention for a while from the pressures of the classroom, and, of course, to help keep the “freshman 15” off the body.The results show that many times students were drawn to campuses because of what the school offered in campus recreation and fitness. The study also demonstrated that students involved in campus recreation, combined with a balanced schedule, showed greater alertness in classes and enjoyment of their college experience.Campus recreation and intramurals will usually involve all your basic sports like basketball, volleyball , etc. Each school will develop its own style of gaming and awards. Many schools have championship t-shirts that show you have won a league championship or a tournament championship, and these shirts are highly sought after on campus. Campus recreation also includes club/extramural teams,teams who play other Colleges but are not a varsity program, fitness centers, outdoor adventure clubs. These are in addition to the sporting program of intramurals. There are opportunities for students at some Colleges  to work in the intramural program, giving those students leadership experience and an opportunity to develop their people skills. Fresh ideas are always a helpful to program as well.Campus recreations allow students to continue their education outside of the classroom as well. However, the greatest part of intramurals will be the memories and friendships you make throughout your college career. These memories will live on with you and your friends for a lifetime. And for me intramural, intramural is sports are organized programs that allow students, faculty and staff to participate in team, dual and individual sport activities. Intramurals promotes wellness, the opportunity for physical activity, fellowship and sportsmanship.

There are many Filipino values that Filipinos should be very proud of! I can only give you some, but there are much much more! One is Hospitality is one of the values that tourists from around the world notice first every time they visit the Philippines. Filipinos took great care of their guests , making sure that they're comfortable and happy in their stay. Filipinos are also family oriented. They value greatly their families, which is always on top of their priorities. Filipinos are also happy people, always smiling and never forget to have a good laugh amidst the problems and hardships that come their ways. Filipinos are very respectful. They show respect to their elders by saying 'po' and 'opo' and kissing their hands. Filipinos are also religious. They devote time to reconnect with God. They have strong faith in god. And the most is Filipino are very friendly to others.

I think about Jessica Cox about her inborn arms, I will be hopeless to do things like a normal person. Without our arms we cannot live fully in one day without doing something in our lives. We can’t eat , we can’t work, we can’t do anything without our arms. Jessica believes in combining creativity, desire, persistence and fearlessness; with them, nothing is impossible.  In her presentation, she digs deep into her experiences living armless in a two-handed world and how these three elements helped her achieve the seemingly impossible. But Jessica Cox didn’t give up for her life without her arms, she did possible things without her arms. She believe in himself, she didn’t fear of what’s she done about her present times. And she believe to God, and her family, without them she couldn’t do this things. Jessica turned the “Impossible” into “Accomplishment”. Cox prove it Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.

Handicaps are mindsets, whatever it is that stands in the way of achieving something, that's when it's a handicap. I prefer them as obstacles or challenges. This is how I've been my whole life, I don't know any different. I just live my life through my feet. And they have the best gift of god for me and I am proud of them the Handicap Humans in the world.

MY TALENT ,MY BLESSING

                    Talent, Talent, Talent. I would say talent is something you would identify in a player being a quality this player possesses which he was not taught or coached, but he was blessed with this quality naturally. Talent is something that is your main ability. Something that makes you what you are. It's a gift from God. And we must be proud of it of what we have.

                   God gave me this gift and I must be proud of it and i will take good care of it as much as possible. And because, I am not perfect enough as like the other as thought themselves as perfect they were. Every one of us needs practice to become a professional someday. Like in basketball, I want to become like Michael Jordan, a professional basketball player, even hum he needs too to practice regularly in his basketball career even now. And as for me I will work hard and I will practice more than ever and harder to reach my possible dream. And the best of all is applying so called "self discipline". In basketball game, we must have self discipline to win a game, every player hove one of that. So do I? haha

                   The uses of my talent in my life, is to express my feeling like in playing in drums. I played drums when I am sad, actually when i am sad, singing in my room makes me happy even there's something wrong in my life that my day bad. And i like my talents it makes me healthy and strong, because when i am playing or practicing in basketball is like a work out in my body. And our talents will help us to become better than the past of us , and we must be proud of our talent.

Over NIght The Best with My Classmate

After that acquaintance party, I and my classmate decided to go to a computer shop to overnight there. And I thought that they're gonna miss it. All of us only boys have overnight with me we start at 9:00pm- 6:00 am.  Playing computer games and watching movies and especially chatting in facebook with my friends. And we enjoy very much with my classmate in that overnight.

And that night, I also discovered that some of my classmate can not stay straight in night some were sleeping in the keyboard and some are lay down in there chairs , and we take pictures who slept funny that night.

Our eyes is very itchy and i know that we need to rest our eyes. Talk to my classmate to have our midnight snack at seven eleven. And we are all dizzy eating and playing computer games. And i know that they enjoy it me too i enjoy that overnight withh my classmate.

I learn that never play computer is straight night because sometimes your eyes will be itchy like us. hahaha
 
 

ACQUAINTANCE PARTY

That day the acquaintance party is very special day for all the freshman in Information Technology and its not our first time to go to that party to enjoy that party with my classmate and with our different instructor and others. To know each other and to the other years older sisters and brothers too.

 That night is very special to me because i have date and i want to dance her at the party. Not only her that i want to dance but of course my friends too. And that night we enjoy especially when we were eating our dinner, taking picture with my classmate during eating our dinner, have funny faces. We enjoy very much in that special day acquaintance party at Max Restaurant. Because that party said to be that college is the best year in our life. And i will never ever forget that day with my girl.

Don't miss this unforgettable day that suppose to be the 1 of the special day in college, if you miss this, it's like missing your half life in college time, kasi nga ang saya.

The important thing value for me

the important thing in my  life is my love once, first is god  because i know that  he sacrifice himself for us to live in this world. second is my family , i  know that they love me too and how much i  want to repay the love that they share to me.And the third is my friends that is very special to me  because they are the one who helps me with my problem and that why i love my friends.true friends are special to me thats all
